Acceptable Use Policy – CallBotIA™

1. Acceptance of this policy
Using any CallBotIA™ service or system constitutes express acceptance of this Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from using our services.
2. Prohibited uses
The following uses of CallBotIA™ systems are strictly prohibited:
- Illegal, fraudulent, or unlawful activities under local, national, or international laws.
- Impersonation or falsification of personal data.
- Promotion of offensive, violent, discriminatory, or defamatory content.
- Unsolicited mass messaging (spam).
- Unauthorized access to computer systems or databases.
- Reverse engineering or attempts to extract source code.
- Automated data collection without express consent.
- Distribution of malware, viruses, or harmful elements.
3. Responsible use of free demos
Demos available on the CallBotIA™ website are strictly for evaluation purposes. Their use for commercial, criminal, misleading, or malicious purposes is prohibited. Any misuse may give rise to legal or administrative actions by CallBotIA™, including reporting to authorities or seeking judicial mandates as appropriate. We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or cancel access in cases of misuse.
4. Monitoring and security measures
CallBotIA™ reserves the right to monitor system usage to detect abuse, prevent fraud, and ensure compliance. IP addresses, logs, and technical records may be retained and used as evidence in case of incidents.
5. Consequences of violations
- Immediate suspension or cancellation of access to the service.
- Reporting to the appropriate authorities in the event of unlawful activity.
- Claims for damages if legal or economic consequences arise for CallBotIA™.
6. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. Changes will take effect once published on the official CallBotIA™ website.

The subject line must include: “Acceptable Use Policy and (reason)”, for example: Acceptable Use Policy and Request for Case Evaluation.
Requests that do not meet this requirement may not be processed, as they will not be considered properly submitted. In such cases, CallBotIA™ shall not be obliged to respond formally.
8. Geographic scope
This policy applies to all users regardless of geographic location, unless otherwise required by local law.
9. User responsibility
The user is solely responsible for the content generated, submitted, or distributed using CallBotIA™ systems.
10. Abuse reporting
If you detect misuse or a violation of this policy, report it to: abuse@callbotia.com
11. Use on behalf of third parties
If the user operates CallBotIA™ systems on behalf of a third party (e.g., as an agency, integrator, or reseller), they guarantee they are legally authorized to do so and that such third parties will also comply with this policy.
12. Limitation of liability
CallBotIA™ shall not be liable for misuse of its systems by the user or third parties, or for any direct or indirect damages resulting from violations of this policy.
13. Jurisdiction and applicable law
This policy is governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be settled by ordinary courts with jurisdiction in the City of Buenos Aires, unless otherwise agreed.
14. Audit obligations
The user agrees to cooperate if CallBotIA™ must conduct technical, legal, or compliance audits relating to the use of its services, as required by applicable regulations or internal procedures.
15. Ongoing obligations
The obligations in this policy remain valid even after service cancellation or account closure, particularly regarding security, legality, and responsibility.
16. Integration with other policies
This Acceptable Use Policy is an integral part of CallBotIA™’s General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. In case of conflict, the most restrictive or specific provisions shall prevail.
17. Subprocessors and external technologies
Misuse of integrated third-party services (e.g., Twilio, OpenAI, Gemini, Meta, etc.) through CallBotIA™ platforms will also be subject to this policy.
18. Final provisions
If any clause of this policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Failure to enforce a right does not constitute a waiver.
